On the evening of May 8, 2018, the tranquility of a Dallas neighborhood was shattered by a tragic event that claimed the life of Quincy Earl Jones Sr., a 39-year-old Black male. Born on January 19, 1979, Quincy was a native of Dallas, Texas, and had built his life within the community he cherished.
