Chris Edward Lacy, a 52-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2021, in Dallas, TX. The incident occurred around 12:25 a.m. at 2627 Meyers Street. Lacy was one of two men who were shot at the scene and subsequently transported to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, Lacy succumbed to his injuries, while the other man was expected to recover.
