On October 5, 2018, 26-year-old Terrence Shamel Woods Jr., a television production assistant from Maryland, vanished under mysterious circumstances while working on a documentary series in the remote wilderness near Orogrande, Idaho. He was part of a 12-person crew filming “Gold Rush: Dave Turin’s Lost Mine,” a Discovery Channel series produced by the UK-based company Raw TV.
