Kelly Lee Phillips, a 69-year-old man from Grangeville, Idaho, was last seen on August 24, 2021. An avid outdoorsman, Phillips was known to frequent the wilderness areas in Idaho County. Prior to his disappearance, he had informed acquaintances of his intention to go camping along the South Fork of the Clearwater River, a familiar area where he had spent time mining.
