Kelly Phillips, a 69-year-old man from Grangeville, Idaho, was last seen on August 24, 2021. He had informed friends that he planned to go camping near the South Fork of the Clearwater River, an area he was known to frequently explore. After he went missing, Phillips' vehicle was discovered abandoned along State Highway 14 with the keys inside.
