Moyses Arreguin, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically murdered on July 27, 2018, in Houston, Texas. Arreguin, a father of two, was attempting to stop a robbery in his neighbor's driveway when he was fatally shot in the back. The incident occurred in the 19000 block of West Hardy Road.
