Terrance Leigh Finner II, a 26-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2018. He was known for his vibrant personality and athletic abilities, particularly in basketball and boxing. Finner was also involved in running after-hours clubs and was training as a boxer at the time of his death.
