On November 22, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Montgomery police responded to a shooting in the 4800 block of Park Towne Way, near Troy Highway. Upon arrival, officers discovered 33-year-old Marcelino Hernandez, a Montgomery resident, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
