On the night of October 14, 2020, 49-year-old Marlon Esco Roberts was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. At approximately 9:45 PM, officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 4700 block of Park Towne Way. Upon arrival, they found Roberts suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
