Death by Force

On the evening of September 20, 2024, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Houston police officers responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex located at 5401 Tierwester Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Raymond Brown unresponsive in the parking lot, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics from the Houston Fire Department arrived shortly thereafter and pronounced Brown deceased at the scene.
