Robert Cerda, a 29-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically found shot to death on December 12, 2017, in Houston, Texas. His body was discovered in a ditch near the Eastex Freeway in northeast Houston. The autopsy confirmed that he had been shot. Cerda was last seen alive on December 11, 2017, at a gas station in Spring Branch, where he was on a date with his girlfriend, Rachel Delarosa.
