Ricardo Del Moro, an 18-year-old male from El Paso, Texas, was tragically killed on September 14, 2018. The incident occurred outside an apartment building on Lincoln Avenue in Central El Paso. Ricardo, along with his 17-year-old brother Emmanuel Del Moro and 17-year-old Leslie Ibarra, were fatally shot by Juan Fausto Cazares, a 22-year-old male.
