Paulo Young, a 34-year-old man, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2021, in El Paso, Texas. He was attending a house party on Villa Plata Drive when an argument broke out outside the home. Witnesses reported that Young got into a heated altercation with a man near a silver Mercedes. During the confrontation, Young challenged the man to shoot him, and the man, later identified as 20-year-old Brian Alexander Arrington, fired two shots at Young, striking him in the chest.
