In the early hours of a Monday morning in September 2013, the life of 17-year-old Alfonzo Moore was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Kansas City, Missouri. Just before 2:30 a.m., Alfonzo and two other individuals were standing in the front yard of a residence in the 5300 block of Brooklyn Avenue when they were suddenly targeted by gunfire.
