Elizabeth "Lisa" Pena Moore, a 60-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on February 21, 2019, in Grand Prairie, Texas. She was born on February 14, 1959, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Luis Pena and Irene Pena.
