Michelle Ta, a 28-year-old woman of Vietnamese ethnicity from Grand Prairie, Texas, tragically lost her life on July 23, 2011. She was a financial worker at the University of Texas at Arlington and was working towards obtaining her Real Estate license. Michelle was one of several victims in a horrific shooting incident that took place at her sister Trini Do's son's birthday party at a roller rink in Grand Prairie.
