Angel Hernandez-Martinez, a 17-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on March 13, 2019, in Houston, TX. He was shot in the chest and later pronounced dead at the Signature Care Emergency Center. The incident occurred at the Red Roof Inn on the Northwest Freeway service road. Witnesses claimed the shooting was accidental.
