On November 30, 2019, Tremond Garrett, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 9:05 p.m. in the parking lot of a corner store located at 5455 Court. According to the Houston Police Department, Garrett was involved in a verbal altercation with an unidentified suspect, described as a light-skinned black male in his mid-20s.
