Carlos Zetino Sr., a 39-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically died on February 23, 2016, due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred at his home on Regal and Arrow Street in southeast Houston. Carlos Zetino Jr., his 20-year-old son, was cleaning a handgun when it accidentally discharged, striking Carlos Zetino Sr. in the stomach. Despite efforts to save him, Carlos Zetino Sr. succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
