Zia A. Siddiqui, a 52-year-old Pakistani-American man, was fatally shot on March 12, 2016, in Houston, Texas. Siddiqui was the owner of a Raceway convenience store located in the 8500 block of FM 1960 West. On the day of his death, Siddiqui was confronted by Nadonte Pugh, a 19-year-old man, who attempted to rob the store.
