Carlos “C-Los” Garcia, a 27-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on March 16, 2025, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 2:45 a.m. in the 1900 block of Yale Street in the Houston Heights area. According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Carlos Garcia deceased at the scene. Another man, also Hispanic, was injured in the shooting and transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
