Amanda Rae Carroll, a 20-year-old woman from Flemington, New Jersey, was last seen on May 2, 2000. In the early morning hours of that day, Amanda chatted online with a friend from Texas and spoke on the phone with another friend in Canada. She was planning to move to Arizona with her two young daughters to live with her father, and she seemed optimistic about the relocation.
