Geovanni "Geo" Rios, an 18-year-old Hispanic male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2016. Geo was fatally shot in the head while riding in a white Chevy Tahoe along the Gulf Freeway access road near Fuqua, Houston. He had just graduated from Dobie High School and was working while planning to attend college.
