Death by Force

Olesithi Nsengimana, a 20-year-old male of Rwandan descent, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2022, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred inside a southwest Houston strip mall in the 11000 block of the Southwest Freeway. Nsengimana was one of two victims shot during an altercation with a group of juveniles. The other victim, 15-year-old Rafael Hernandez Lopez, succumbed to his injuries on November 2, 2022.
