Lee Collins Jr., a 33-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2021. He was found unresponsive inside his vehicle on the North Freeway Service Road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The Houston Police Department responded to the scene and pronounced him deceased at the location. No other individuals were present with Collins at the time of the incident.
