Jorge Figueroa-Oviedo, a 16-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2019, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot at 7949 Fowlie Street around 12:40 a.m. Jorge was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
