Jeffery Harold Jr., a 22-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically died on November 22, 2014. He was fatally shot at 5950 North Sam Houston Parkway East around 11:55 p.m. The victim was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
