Julian Guzman, 11, a Hispanic/Latino male, spent the last Saturday night of August playing a familiar prank with friends in east Houston: ring a doorbell and run. Around 10:55 p.m. on August 30, 2025, after he knocked and fled from a house near the 9700 block of Racine Street by Mimbrough and Fidelity, shots rang out.
