Curtis Jefferson, a 71-year-old African American male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2016. He was fatally shot during a robbery at his apartment located in the 8700 block of Broadway Street in Houston. The incident occurred on the night of April 9, 2016, when several suspects forcibly entered the residence with the intent to rob the occupants. Curtis Jefferson and Trenton Harris, another resident of the apartment, were both shot during the incident.
