Walter Hutchins, a 31-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on February 23, 2022. Hutchins was killed by bounty hunters who were hired by a bonding company to track him down due to several outstanding warrants. The incident occurred outside a small barbershop on Liberty Road in Houston's Fifth Ward.
