Tony Sanford, a 56-year-old African American man from Augusta, GA, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2019, in a road rage incident. The incident occurred after Sanford accidentally sideswiped the vehicle of Kwadere Barno, a 35-year-old man from Hephzibah, GA.
