Arturo Pecina-Rodriguez, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on February 7, 2022, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred during an argument with his brother-in-law, Samuel Ibarra-Cleto, 33, who is also Hispanic. The altercation took place in the 5800 block of Elberta Street, where Ibarra-Cleto allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Pecina-Rodriguez multiple times. Pecina-Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.
