On October 15, 2020, Moises Piedra, a 58-year-old Hispanic man, was fatally shot at an apartment complex located at 10101 South Gessner Road in Houston, TX. He was initially transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition but was pronounced dead the following day.
