On October 8, 2024, 59-year-old Harry Boone was fatally shot in southeast Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 7:05 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 5910 Schroeder Road. Boone was engaged in a game of dominoes with friends when an assailant approached from behind and struck him on the head. Following a brief verbal exchange, the attacker drew a pistol and shot Boone before fleeing the scene.
