Rikko Armando Valencia, a 19-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2014, in Houston, Texas. Valencia was walking home from his job at a Whataburger restaurant when he was shot in the face at point-blank range in the parking lot of Spring Woods Baptist Church. He was found deceased by a groundskeeper who arrived at the scene around 7 a.m.
