Jordan Allen Jr., a 5-year-old African American boy, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2020, in Houston, Texas. He was sitting on his father's second-story apartment balcony, making TikTok videos with his family, when he was struck by a stray bullet. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. at 8155 Richmond Avenue. Jordan was rushed to Texas Children's Hospital but was taken off life support three days later on April 3, 2020.
