Goddy Chika, a 44-year-old man, was tragically shot to death on March 7, 2018, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 3:25 a.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 2205 Hayes Road. Witnesses reported hearing three consecutive gunshots and seeing a mid-sized car driving away from the scene.
