Christopher Valsin, a 25-year-old male and Black/African American, was shot in the early hours of Sunday, June 15, 2025, in the parking lot of Stampede Night Club at 11925 Eastex Freeway in northeast Harris County, just outside Houston. Deputies said gunfire erupted around 1:30 a.m. as the venue was closing and the lot was crowded, and the 25-year-old was rushed from the scene but died of his wounds.
