Pedro Diaz, a 55-year-old Hispanic male, tragically died on June 20, 2014, in Houston, TX. He was last seen alive at his snow cone stand off I-45 & Aldine Bender in north Houston. Diaz was driving home after closing up the stand when he was shot to death in the 100 block of Mill Stream. Investigators believe he stopped his mini-van and got out, which led to the shooting.
