Derek Lakey "Lake" Polite, a 46-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on June 25, 2019, in Houston, Texas. His body was discovered on the side of the road in the 10700 block of Anna Held Street. According to the medical examiner's office, Polite died from multiple gunshot wounds.
