On July 11, 2024, 13-year-old Justin "JJ" Hardeway Jr. was tragically killed in Houston, Texas. In the early hours, while he was asleep in an apartment near Hobby Airport, an unknown assailant fired multiple shots through his bedroom window, fatally striking him.
