Victor Alvarez, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on January 16, 2021, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred when Victor was lured to 303 Rosamond Street under the pretense of a meeting. Upon arrival, he was ambushed, robbed, and ultimately murdered. The investigation revealed that the perpetrators, Rickkeem Sparks and Isack Jayvon Robinson, had meticulously planned the attack to ensure Victor's demise.
