Deaundra Charles Pipkins, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 24, 2020, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred around 10:45 p.m. on Richmond Avenue. Pipkins was sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle traveling eastbound when he was shot at least once. The driver of the vehicle transported Pipkins to West Houston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
