Jose Miguel Salinas

On April 9, 2014, Jose Miguel Salinas, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically murdered in his Houston, TX apartment along with his girlfriend, Melissa Ann Guerra, who was also 23 years old. The couple's 5-month-old daughter was found crying between their bodies when a neighbor, who was walking her dog, heard the baby's cries and entered the apartment to investigate. The apartment showed no signs of forced entry or robbery, and no witnesses reported hearing any gunshots.
