David Garcia Tovar

David Garcia Tovar, a 45-year-old white male, was found dead on January 23, 2020, in a homeless camp in southeast Austin, Texas. The Austin Police Department was called to the scene around 12:30 a.m. after a 911 caller reported that his friend had been shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tovar's body and determined that he had died from gunshot wounds. The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide.
