Jacob Hills, an 18-year-old male from Grand Blanc, Michigan, was found dead in the basement of a Detroit apartment building in late July 2022. A recent high school graduate with aspirations of joining the National Guard, Hills had traveled to Detroit on a Saturday evening to attend a party. His family grew concerned when they were unable to contact him, and they tracked his phone to Dearborn Heights, where they discovered his abandoned car and phone.
