Frederick Page, a 42-year-old Black male, was a dedicated father and a manager at a Pizza Hut in Detroit, Michigan. Known affectionately as "Duke" by his friends and family, he was remembered for his playful and positive personality. He was a central figure in the lives of his four children, one of whom was adopted, and was deeply loved by those who knew him.
