In the early morning hours of July 13, 2016, the life of 22-year-old Mark Longino was tragically cut short. An African-American male from Detroit, Michigan, Longino was found fatally shot on the front lawn of a home in the northwest section of the city, near the intersection of Vassar and Chapel roads. The discovery was made by a homeowner who had been disturbed by loud arguing at approximately 1:00 a.m., followed by the sound of gunshots about an hour later.
