Dylan Hemphill, an 18-year-old from Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2018. The incident occurred while Hemphill and his friend, Dawone Cook, were livestreaming on Instagram from a home in northwest Detroit. During the livestream, the two young men were showing off weapons and money.
