On October 18, 2014, Margaree Dixson, age 35, was shot and killed in St. Louis, Missouri. She was found near the intersection of Lillian and Plover after witnesses heard several gunshots. Margaree sustained gunshot wounds to her head, chest, arms, and hand. Tragically, her brother, Jermaine Jones, was also killed just hours later in a separate shooting a short distance away.
