On October 24, 2017, Megan Nieder, aged 27, and Joseph Finger, aged 40, were found shot to death in the 5700 block of Minnesota Avenue, in the Carondelet neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m., and witnesses reported hearing gunshots and seeing a thin male of unknown race running from the scene.
